The bourbon wall is the tell here. Yardbird's current Vegas beverage book lists close to a hundred American whiskeys, from $18 pours of 1792 Small Batch and Buffalo Trace up to George Stagg at $85, and the house Old Fashioned gets built on bacon-infused Wild Turkey with maple syrup. All of that backs up the fried chicken that made the Miami original famous, plus lobster mac and cheese and a Southern menu the Venetian location serves daily from 7 in the morning to 11 at night.

The old weekday happy hour is gone. We confirmed in August 2026 that the Vegas location no longer runs one, which squares with the printed evidence: Yardbird publishes a dedicated happy hour menu for its Los Angeles location and nothing for Las Vegas, and the January 2026 Vegas beverage book has no discount section at all.

Even at full price the bar is worth a stop. Draft beer leans local, with Las Vegas-brewed picks like Atomic Duck IPA and the Mango Drop fruited wheat pouring next to Guinness and Modelo, and the Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade is the easy first order. Find it in the Grand Canal Shoppes side of the Venetian, where the barstools fill with bourbon people before the dinner crowd shows up for chicken.
