Chyna Club is an upscale Cantonese room inside Fontainebleau, the kind of place built around shared small plates rather than a single locked-in entree. Dumplings and baos are the natural way in, and grazing across a few dishes shows off the kitchen better than committing to one plate. The space leans into red-and-gold drama with seating that favors groups, so it reads better with a handful of friends than as a solo stop. It also works as pre-show fuel if you are catching something elsewhere in the resort, or as a quietly fancy night that still feels relaxed. We could not find any happy-hour specials published online for Chyna Club, and credible listings actually show it open Wednesday through Sunday in the evening, so any earlier window we once listed may not be accurate. If you are hoping for a discounted early window, call ahead and confirm both the hours and whatever specials they may run before you build plans around them. Fontainebleau sits at the north end of the Strip with valet and self-parking, and the room does not require a reservation and a jacket to enjoy.
