Chandelier Bar is the centerpiece lounge at the Cosmopolitan, set inside a three-story crystal sculpture strung from roughly two million beads. You can move between its levels as you drink, and the middle tier tends to be the sweet spot for seating and sightlines, with the beaded strands cascading above and below you. This is a polished but not stuffy room, a mix of first-time visitors and locals who came for a serious cocktail program rather than a quick well pour.
