Skyfall Lounge sits 64 floors up at the Delano, with floor-to-ceiling glass wrapping nearly all the way around for views of the Strip, the valley, and the Spring Mountains on clear days. The window seats are first-come, so arriving near 5 gets you a spot to watch the city slide from daylight into neon as the sun drops behind Red Rock.

Food is limited but works for grazing, with $6 mini tacos and an $8 hummus plate. This is a $$$ lounge, and even at happy hour you're partly paying for the altitude and the view, not just the drink.
