Happy hour runs daily from 2 to 6pm. Drinks are flat and simple: $5.95 covers well drinks, wine in red, white, or rose, and beer including Bud Light, Modelo, Lagunitas, Blue Moon, and Stella. No tiered pricing, no excluded list. On the food side, sliders, guacamole and chips, spinach dip, and chicken wings all run $9.95. Two drinks and a plate can land you a full sit-down for around twenty-five bucks.

The bistro setting is calmer than the sports bars nearby. You can actually hear the person across the table, which makes it a good reset spot after a few hours of Strip noise. It draws Strip workers and locals who know the deal more than a heavy tourist crowd.

Sitting along the LINQ Promenade, it is easy to walk to but easy to walk past. Tuesday through Thursday in the early afternoon is the quietest stretch. Fridays fill up faster as weekend arrivals roll in.
