LV Bar Happy Hour. Town Square

If you can swing a Thursday, the move is dollar wells on ladies night. One dollar for a vodka soda or rum and coke is about as cheap as Vegas gets, and it turns the whole room loose and social. Bring cash, tip your bartender a few bucks a round since they're working hard for those pours, and set a limit before you start, because the math gets dangerous fast.

The standard happy hour is Monday through Friday, 4 to 6pm, with drink specials and appetizer deals. It's a reasonable window for after-work drinks and far calmer than Thursday night. The dollar-well promo is Thursdays only, so don't expect it the rest of the week.

LV Bar leans into the Las Vegas theme: neon, playing cards, dice on the walls. Touristy in look, but the crowd runs local. Bar seating, high-tops, TVs with sports or music, nothing precious about it. You're here to drink cheap and talk, not to study a cocktail list.

It sits inside Town Square, so parking is free and you can wander the open-air center between rounds. On Thursdays show up early, around 7 or 8, if you want to reach the bar without a wait, since it packs out and gets loud by ten. For the regular weekday window, any afternoon works and you'll actually be able to hear each other.
