Catch Happy Hour. The Strip

The Truffle Sashimi tells you what kind of room this is: tuna and hamachi under chili ponzu, topped with caviar and black truffle puree, because at Catch more is always the point. This is the ARIA outpost of the New York seafood and sushi group, and it flies its fish in from Tokyo's Toyosu Market. The greenery-heavy dining room draws a dressed-up crowd nightly, working through Catch Rolls with crab, salmon, and miso honey, or Wagyu Fried Rice studded with Chinese sausage and a fried egg. Doors open at 5 every night, and the early bar seats go quickly.

Know that this is a high-end dinner spot first. Other listings still show a weekday 5 to 7 pm happy hour, but there isn't one. We confirmed in August 2026 that Catch doesn't run a happy hour, and its own site has never posted a happy hour menu. If the check matters, skip the tableside Japanese Wagyu Hot Rock and the tasting menu and settle in at the sushi bar instead, where a couple of rolls and a cocktail still get you the full scene.
