Big Dog's Brewing Co. is a northwest Vegas brewpub on North Rancho, with house-brewed beer, pub food, and a regular crowd that actually follows the tap list. It's a real brewery setting, not a generic bar with a few guest taps.

The main happy hour, what they call Hoppy Hour, runs Monday through Friday, 3 to 6pm. That's when the half-off house brews, pints, and pitchers apply, along with the $2 off appetizers. The venue also posts a separate late-show deal from 11pm to 7am daily with $5 house brews, but that's a different window, so don't expect the half-off pricing overnight.

For most people the 3-to-6 weekday slot is the one to target. Come for the house beers, split a pitcher, and work through a few discounted apps. Parking is straightforward out in the northwest, well clear of Strip congestion, which makes this an easy after-work stop for locals on that side of town.
