Lucille's actually smokes its meat, and the Louisiana-roadhouse room (corrugated metal, exposed brick) leans all the way into that Southern identity. It's parked at The District at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, with portions built for sharing or for one very committed appetite.

The main happy hour runs Monday through Friday, 3 to 7pm. Draft pints and wine glasses come $2 off, cocktails land around $6.50, and the small plates are where to aim during the window: the BBQ nachos alone can feed two people. There's also a late-night happy hour every day from 9pm to close, so weekend night owls aren't shut out even though the weekend afternoon has no deal. Worth knowing before you drive over hungry on a Saturday at 4pm.

If you want a real plate, the pulled pork and brisket are the reliable orders, and the mac and cheese, collard greens, and cornbread all earn their spot. The discounted BBQ small plates run in the single digits to low teens, so you can graze without committing to a full slab.

The scene is families winding down, locals, and shift workers rather than a party crowd, and the Henderson room is spacious enough that you're not fighting for a table. Service runs friendly, which matters when you need another beer and your hands are covered in sauce. Parking is the shopping-center lot.
